Plain-language summaries of how Kyrtn works, what we collect, and what your rights are. If you need something specific in writing, email hello@kyrtn.com.
Kyrtn is a digital program platform for live performance organizations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Organizations use Kyrtn to publish digital programs for their productions. Individual performers, designers, and crew claim credits to build a verifiable production history on their profile.
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password private. Notify us at hello@kyrtn.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of content you contribute (program copy, cover art, credits you've claimed). You grant Kyrtn a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service.
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and licensing of program content they publish, including images, names, and crediting decisions.
Don't use Kyrtn to publish false credits, harass other users, infringe copyrights, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that do so.
Per-program purchases ($49) are one-time. Annual subscriptions ($249/year) and Lifetime ($2,199) are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your org's billing page at any time. Refund requests can be sent to hello@kyrtn.com and are handled case by case.
You can request removal from Kyrtn at any time at kyrtn.com/privacy-request. See Your rights below for details.
Kyrtn is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you've paid Kyrtn in the prior twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
From you directly: your name, email, and password when you sign up. Optional profile details (bio, pronouns, city, headshot, social links) that you choose to add.
From organizations crediting you: credit metadata (production title, role, year). When an organization lists you in a program, that credit appears on your profile once you claim it.
Automatically: anonymous program-view analytics (which sections were read, by how many people, for how long). No personally identifying data is stored in those records.
To run the service: display profiles and programs, deliver email about your account, process payments, and improve the product. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
Kyrtn runs on infrastructure provided by Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each operates under their own privacy terms.
Account data is kept while your account is active. If you submit a removal request, your profile is hidden and your name in credits becomes "Removal Requested" while your data is preserved server-side so you can reactivate. To permanently delete data, email hello@kyrtn.com.
If you have a Kyrtn account, you have the right to request removal at any time:
Resolved requests hide your profile and replace your name in any production credit with "Removal Requested". This is reversible: sign back in any time to reactivate.
If you're listed in a Kyrtn program but don't have a Kyrtn account, contact the producing organization directly to request a change.
For other privacy requests (data export, correction, permanent deletion), email hello@kyrtn.com from the address on file.
