Signed-in users can submit a removal request at kyrtn.com/privacy-request. Your profile will be hidden and your name in any program credit will be replaced with "Removal Requested". It's reversible: sign back in any time to reactivate.
If you don't have a Kyrtn account but appear in a program, contact the organization that produced the program directly. Kyrtn doesn't unilaterally edit program content on behalf of someone who isn't the account holder.
When an organization credits you in a program and provides your email, we send a one-click claim link. Open the link and follow the prompts to link the credit to your profile. If you missed the email, ask the organization to resend.
For active subscriptions, you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel via the Manage subscription button on your org's billing page. For other billing issues, email hello@kyrtn.com.
From your org's Edit organization page, scroll to Administrators. Enter their email and click Add admin. They need a Kyrtn account already.
Closed orgs and orgs awaiting a new admin can be reactivated by emailing hello@kyrtn.com. For orphaned orgs, anyone with a legitimate claim can submit a request from the org's page.
